Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking an Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Raleigh, NC facility. Position Overview: This position is within the EESS Strategic Programs Support team supporting Mission Critical 250 thousand to multimillion dollar complex projects. Primary duties include, but are not limited to order management, procurement, support logistics, invoicing, managing accounts payables/receivables, complex reporting, in addition to internal and external communicating with customers and project team. Essential Responsibilities: - Support equipment only and turnkey complex projects for government sites and commercial data centers simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility, detail, and urgency. - Manage and forecast equipment procurement to align with various project schedules, communicate status, and offer solutions to meet project goals. - Take ownership of project risks and goals throughout various stages of the project cycle. - Review customer contracts or purchase orders for contractual requirement, deliverable expectation, identify and mitigate Eaton’s business risks. - Manage project invoicing which includes consistent and accurate maintenance of accounts receivables/payables. - Forecast with accuracy project revenue and invoicing by means of modifying reports, updating systems, and proactively identifying next actions to align with business financial goals. - Prioritize, address, and resolve daily project coordination challenges independently. - Interface with internal and external customers, internal suppliers, and transportation providers as required. - Facilitate domestic and global shipments complex in nature to meet project schedule concerning importing/exporting requirements. - Participate in project and functional meetings that service customer needs, team performance goals, or process improvements. - Contribute to process work instructions and provide training to team members. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination Analytical, computer, and communication skills Microsoft Office Suite w/ high level functionalities with Excel Dependable, self-starter, problem solver Must be authorized to work in the US without Company Sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SAP, Oracle R12 Financials and/or Projects, Vista, Markview, and Bid Manager Relevant industry experience Project management skills Position Success Criteria: Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication). Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
