Our client which is a well-known listed company in Hong Kong, they are looking for fitting out specialist to join their in-house team to monitor their new and renovation retail stores.

Job Responsibilities

• Regular site visit to monitor safety, work progress and quality
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and other related parties
• Project document preparation such as meeting minutes, preliminary budget & programme and external consultants & contractors tender reports
• Preparation of project tender documents for all contractual parties for cost comparison and budget control
• Ensure on time completion by monitoring project progress
• Make sure the new and renovated stores meet the company’s standard
• Manage, control and maintain the shop design to meet the landlord’s standard

Requirement & Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Project Management/ Construction Management/ Engineering
• 2 years or above experience of fitting out experience of retail projects in contractor fields
• Familiar with Hong Kong construction and building related legislations and submission process
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D max will be an advantage
