This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Providing planning and programming supports during the development process of projects from planning/study stage to scheme design, detailed design, tendering, construction and commissioning;
• Close liaison and coordination with various stakeholders to identify constraints and all interface issues/requirements to ensure that they are properly incorporated into the contract documents; and
• Ensuring that all programming milestones and key dates are met during the construction stage and providing recommendations to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Systems Engineering, Building Services or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant experience, of which minimum of 6 years should be in project management role
• Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies preferable.
• Proven practical experience in construction planning and programming of major multi-disciplinary projects, and with Government coordination experience is an advantage
• Experience of NEC form of Contract is desirable, particularly with respect to programme management and compensation events
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua and BIM is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills
