Job Duties:

• Providing a one stop solution service to our clients
• Pitching and presenting creative proposals to our clients
• Preparing promotion and publicity materials for various international exhibitions and events in HK and overseas;
• Coordinating with design team and clients to execute different projects;
• Liaising with sub-contractors for on-site supervision.
• Maintaining good relationship with existing clients;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holders or above in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience in exhibition or related fields is an advantage;
• Presentable, self-motivated and passionate to work in exhibition industry;
• Detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule;
• Able to work independently and as a player in a team;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary;
• Work station: Cheung Sha Wan

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive.
