Role Summary: Drive Project Execution to maximize the results of the Project with respect to Cash and Margin, whilst delivering the Project on time, in conformity with the Contract and managing the Customer expectations.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution Strategy: Based on the contract, develops and implements the overall strategy for the execution of the project in order to achieve the project performance goals.
2. Communication: represents Company towards the customer; controls and manages this interface and relationship. Manages the internal and external communication loop.
3. Project Organisation: Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project. Organizes the project team and ensures that the team members have clearly identified roles, responsibilities, defined interfaces and are empowered within their scope of duties.
4. Performance Management: Constantly monitors and if requested reports the necessary key performances indicators (KPI). Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements.
5. Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management: Establishes implements and monitors the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, and EHS Plan. Ensures best compliance with specification at lowest final cost.
6. Claim Management: Defines strategy for managing claims, and directs actions accordingly. Addresses claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of the defined strategy.
7. Risk and Opportunities: Defines a Risk Management Plan. Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project. Evaluates and decides on actions that benefit the overall performance of the Project. Follows-up these actions implementation and results.
8. Project Process: Assumes full responsibility for the project through Hand Over from Sales until all obligations are complete at FAC and/or Hand Over to Service Sector (if applicable). Takes necessary actions to improve the overall project process. Also provides feedback to Sales and other Business Functions on the performance of the Project and processes.
9. People Management: Builds leads and coaches a committed Project team that guarantees the highest level performance for the Project. Defines Project goals and objectives, evaluates performance against them and provides performance evaluation and development plans to the functional management.
10. Project Planning: Develops and monitors the Master Time Schedule, manages Project float to ensure timely completion of the Project

Accountabilities

• Plan and manage the complete execution of the full scope of a project from Contract signature to close out, in line with Contract requirement. Lead a Project team, which may include Project Managers, depending on the Project size.
• Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet Business objectives and Customer satisfaction.
• Responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss.
• Represent Company towards the external Customer (if applicable).

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, technical or engineering discipline is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or above
3 years of Project Management experience
Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile
Fluent in both Oral and written English
Desired Characteristics: International project execution
Construction and site experience
Proven leadership mindset
Proficiency in communication and resource coordination
