As a Senior Project Management Specialist at the Innovation Factory, you will have the opportunity to assist the team in coming up with new design solutions and collaborate with other company functions such as manufacturing, marketing, regional sales teams, and sourcing teams to bring new cookware and kitchenware innovations to life.

In this role, you will:

• Define project scopes and objectives;
• Identify consumer needs and assist in the development of new innovations;
• Collaborate with our manufacturing teams to find technically feasible solutions;
• Develop project plans to monitor and track progress, ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Maintaining Project Management platforms and plans;
• Establish and maintain relationships with our key internal partners;
• Ensure that projects remain on schedule and are delivered on time.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Advanced degree preferred;
• Ability to think two steps ahead & mitigate potential risks impacting project schedules;
• Ability to help develop and refine current project management process at Meyer;
• Logical, solutions based thinker who is self-driven and able to work independently;
• Highly analytical, information and data-driven, highly proficient at MS Excel;
• Good problem-solving skills and good commercial awareness;
• Adaptive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Skillful planner and organizer with strong attention to detail;
• Excellent with time management;
• Ability to travel;
• Proficiency in MacOS and PC applications, such as Apple Keynote and MS Office;
• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Solidworks is a plus;
• Interest in food and cooking is a plus;
• Experience in Agile project management is a plus;
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Thai, Cantonese, and Mandarin an advantage.
