Scope of Responsibility/工作职责：

1)      管理项目各阶段 – 从研究到启动开展，负责项目里程碑、交付成果的质量以及预期收益达成；

2)      领导并指导销售团队有效维护重要客户，同时进行新客户的开发和挖掘；

3)      与市场团队紧密合作吸引高质量观众，完成观众目标，包括开展市场推广活动、会议项目等；

4)      定期确认项目进度和预算情况，在与目标有差距时及时制定并实施行动计划；

5)      提供项目最新动态，潜在的策略调整和进展；

6)      计划并执行现场搭建，优化参展商和观众的参展\观展体验；

7)      负责政府及重要合作伙伴的关系维护；

8)      确保新分类和内容能有良性的实施及发展，保持项目与行业内最好的实施方式与趋势靠拢；

9)      衡量项目结果，对不足之处加以改善。

Qualifications/任职资格：

1)      本科及以上学历，五年及以上展会行业从业背景，三年及以上项目管理经验，独立管理运作展会项目者优先考虑；

2)      人际交往及跨文化沟通能力佳，普通话标准，英语听说读写能力佳；

3)      具有与政府部门及协会合作的经验者优先考虑；

4)      从事海事海工、工程设备、工业或科技展会行业者优先考虑；

5)      具备领导力和团队协作精神具有良好的团队精神。
