About The Role:
To manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth.
Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects. To manage and motivate the extended project team ensuring actions are clearly delegated and that resource/quality issues are escalated in a timely fashion to Management.
Responsibilities:
· Analysis of customer assets using RWS translation memory tools
· Compilation of project estimates and schedules
· On-time delivery of high quality projects within budget and to client’s expectations
· Project planning and implementing best methodology and process
· Accurate version control and archiving of all project related materials
· Accurate and timely invoicing
· Awareness of cost control and profitability
· Attending conference calls / status update meetings with clients
· Adherence to ISO and best practice processes, with effective and accurate maintenance of project documentation (project handovers, MDS, status reporting etc.)
· High levels of client satisfaction
· Accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
· Good command of English and Korean
· Team player, willing to be devoted into the team building
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· Proactive approach
· Analytical and structured problem solving
· Ability to keep calm in a pressured environment
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
· Ability to carry out assigned tasks with a high degree of independence and ownership
· Ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress
