Job Description

About The Role:

Develops and sustains long-term client relationship, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and ultimately repeat revenue growth. Applies domain expertise and business knowledge for continuous improvements in methods/processes/technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers working closely with key stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities to grow services and solutions, and drive revenue growth within existing key accounts
  • Support accounts through a consultative, customer, and commercial focused approach, demonstrating how RWS solutions can help drive client success
  • Systematically and logically identifies and weighs options to resolve problems, generating solutions after reviewing all relevant information, including risks and the impact of potential solutions
  • Leverage deep functional and customer knowledge, analyzing project implementations to recommend specific improvements in methods/processes/technologies that lead to customer satisfaction
  • Participates in project reviews and client visits

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the localization industry with project/program/account management experience
  • Understanding of business concepts, strategy, structures and processes
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Analytical and structured problem solving
  • Works collaboratively and uses a positive approach to achieve goals
  • Relationship builders who are very self-aware, can inspire others, and can easily build relationships and interact with a wide variety of diverse people in a variety of situations
