Job Information:

The senior project manager is responsible for coordinate with CHR global corporate and Asia operation network to roll out and implement CHR operation policies, tools and best practices in Asia. This role also helps to promote the uniformity of global operational processes and utilize the robot automation process technology to improve Asia operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between CHR global corporate and Asian operation network to communicate user needs, system enhancements and process requirements
• Participate and drive project implementation, including but not limited to SOP creation, KPI definition and audit, business solution design, and EDI (electronic data integration)
• Oversee documentation and the development of process change
• Ensure post implementation reviews are held, and steps are taken to transfer knowledge and improve operational processes
• Organize and join regular performance review meetings to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Position Requirements:

• minimum 5 years previous work experience in freight forwarding, with above 2 years relevant experience in project management will be highly advantageous.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, overseas education background is preferable
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Ability to run projects independently and solve problems and conflicts
• Deep knowhow of global forwarding industry
• Very good communication skills in English
• project management skills and able to meet challenging targets and deadlines
• Bachelor or above, logistics, supply chain management, computer science, related majors
