Your mission
Your mission is leading MVI China Project incl. Japan & Korea virtual project team ensuring best technical solutions are provided that fulfil Atlas Copco targets regarding consolidated profitability, customer satisfaction, high quality & reliability, on-time delivery.

The role

• Responsible to control the project scope and secure that any additional modification due to customer specification change or need will generate additional business through change request by managing the customer closely.
• Provide the best on-time delivery schedule and solution under pressure in a changeable environment.
• Control and balance the project cost in the budget base line.
• Be active in communication and keep good relationship with customer.
• Must have full project overview with clearly identification of risks, be able to monitor and secure proactively any deviation to raise flag, aim for support. Be able to communicate effectively within the organization and with the end of customer.
• Minimizing the loss and risk across multiple projects.
• Perform project evaluations and transform lessons learn to improve performance.
• Monitor whole virtual team to make project process under control.

Skills and experience

• Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience in an engineering related field, and including 1+ years of proven working experience as project manager.

Japanese enterprise work or customer management experience is a plus.

Are we a good fit?

• Good knowledge about project management tools, theory and goal setting.

PMP or ACP certification is a plus

• Good English language is must.
