Job Description

Project owner to manage project timing, development cost, product BOM and manufacturing quality to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project planning for timing and development resources, manage costing include development cost, product cost, tooling cost and manufacturing investment etc
• Drive resources in various functions / locations to ensure on time delivery automotive product development & manufacturing
• Decision making and communication to internal and external project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Interface to customer (OEM) engineering and project managing team
• Manage engineering database and document center for compliance with automotive standards and processes

Academic & Personal Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above; Engineering background is highly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in large size organizations, multi-cultural, international companies with exposure to manufacturing operation
• Proven project management experience in automotive / automotive components industry
• Engineering background in Electrical / Electronics engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Familiar with APQP process, extensive experience in DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA etc
• Fluent English and Mandarin
