Job Description

Our clients are several HK listed main contractors with over 6 to 8 projects in Hong Kong until 2024. Now, they are looking for more senior managers to join their new projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle the HK mega size projects both the mainly at E&M projects
• Responsible for overall E&M project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project.
• Monitored performance of consultants ensuring the timely delivery of structural drawings and technical specifications for both tendering and construction purposes
• Managed the project issues from cash flow, progress monitoring, contractual to safety issues

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• MHKIE or equivalent in Engineering discipline
• 12 years experience from a main contractor with solid on-site experience
• All rounded exposure in E&M projects
