Responsibilities:

Key Roles

• IT project management & corresponding IT operating risks management including IT resource management.
• Direct systems development projects to complete as defined requirements.
• Plan and collaborate all project counterparties to deliver IT projects.
• Plan, monitor & control budget and resource usages within approved baselines.
• Review project documentation and activities for completeness, quality and adherence to defined procedures and standards.

IT Project Management

• Schedule activities to assure projects and support services are properly finished. These cover project planning, cost and resource allocation, project deliverables development according to defined business priorities.
• Prepare and present project plan with appropriate communications with senior management and project stakeholders.
• Review project deliverables adhere to time, cost and quality requirements.
• Liaise with IT vendors to assure quality of deliverables and outsourcing service.

Manage System Development Process

• Manage the scope, time and resources to deliver system project with quality.
• Organize, plan and track the project activities, meeting, resources and budgets.
• Supervise and manage IT project resource (personnel, hardware etc.).
• Manage the project’s relationships with Project Sponsor, User Project Manager and User Representatives, consulting representatives and third-party vendors.
• Ensure that project standards are followed over the work to be performed.

Requirement:

• Tertiary education in computer science and related subject
• Certificate(s) of PMP and Quality Management (desirable)
• At least 15 years or above in relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Treasury Systems, Interbank Payment System (SWIFT, RTGS), Trade Finance and General Ledger banking  applications
• Experience in managing teams and external vendors
• Ability to resolve complex problems in an innovative manner
• Understanding of technical aspects of system integration in a mix technology environment (z/OS, IBM mainframe and Open Platform)
