• Supervise a team of site staff of Project Department and manage main contractor / subcontractors / suppliers for effective and efficient site progress of a super high rise mix use commercial building
• Provide advice in presentation format on and overview of construction activities from professional Constructional Management point of view
• Lead all statutory completion inspections including permanent power on, lifts, fire services, curtain wall, planning compliance, etc.
• Review and report on construction programme and, with the project team to mitigate delay risks
• Systematic control on the qualities of materials, equipment, parts, etc. delivered on site to ensure full compliance with approved specifications before fix
• Systematic control on workmanship of all trades and report any defective works found to HQ on time including rectification / make good monitoring
• To administer building contracts and delivery of the finished project to the Assets Management Department
• Attend site meetings and prepare site reports in respect of the progress, quality, safety of the project and coordinate with handover standards
• Oversee all matters in the construction site

Requirements :

• Degree and / or professional qualification in Construction Management / Building / Engineering
• 10 + years’ experience in construction management for super high rise mixed use commercial buildings in PRC from building structure to completion inspection stages
• Familiar with licensing processes from relevant government parties and all aspects of site inspections
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin and good master of written English and Chinese is a must
• Station in China with regular return to HK for reporting
