Our client is the leading & renowned property developer in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments of its residential portfolio, they are expanding their project development team.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the residential development projects 
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
• HKIA or HKIS is a must 
• Authorized Person is preferred
• At least 13 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing residential development projects in HK
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office 
• Working knowledge of BEAM is a plus
