Our client is a renowned & prestigious Hong Kong property developer involved in diverse sectors in Hong Kong as well as major cities in Mainland China and throughout Asia. They are currently looking for a HKIA  Senior Project Manager for their project department in Hong Kong

What you do:

• Responsible for planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the project portfolio
• To ensure programming timing, cost and quality meet the required standard
• To work with the Cost & Contract / Finance Teams to prepare the project budget and cost plans
• To work with external project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
• Supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc.
• To review progress and standard of workmanship

What you need:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Architecture
• Registered HKIA Architect or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in property developer
• Proven track record in project managing for residential projects in Hong Kong.
• Excellent design and project management skills to ensure programming timing, cost and quality meet the required standard
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land submissions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Stationing in Hong Kong
