• Senior Project Manager position for critical environments

An industry market leading Data Centre operator who has an international reach with a large number of facilities across Europe and Asia-Pacific currently offer world class technical space and unparalleled support to a roster of clients from both the public and private sectors. Due to company expansion they are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead their team in Singapore and deliver new projects in the area.

Data centre experience is NOT required for this role but would be beneficial. The role itself will be responsible for delivering numerous project works for the company, specifically the continued improvement/development of existing sites and the building of new data centres in the area whilst adding additional support to other projects in the Asia Pacific region with some travel required. You will be required to oversee a team of PM’s, implement the highest possible standards of cost, quality and programme control throughout the design and build phases, deal with contract negotiations, ensure compliance to all legislative and industry safety standards, manage budget and project quality delivery and lead the delivery of all phases from the sub-structure to final fit out amongst other duties.

The successful candidate will require a proven track record of delivering complex projects on mission critical sites such as DC’s, hospitals, trading floors, corporate HQ’s, etc. Projects will need to have been completed on time and in budget, candidates need to be commercially astute with knowledge of CAPEX estimation and planning processes, have excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience and have an in-depth knowledge of general construction, M&E works and CDM regulations, whilst having a focus on quality and analytical thinking.
