Responsibilities

• Participate in tendering, drafting proposals / method statements / technical submissions, site supervision, control of cost / quality / progress / safety etc. 
• Overseeing projects from commencement to completion

  Requirement

• Minimum 5 years project and building construction management experience
• Solid experience in interior projects is essential 
• Must be a team player and a keen practitioner on systematic management and documentation
• A proactive problem solver and a strong team leader with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using common software of PowerPoint / drafting / design / MS Projects or Primavera programming is a definite advantage
