Our client is a renowned property developer with an extensive portfolio across Asia. Currently, they are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to handle several luxury residential projects in SEA region.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the project implementation from initial stage to completion, including planning, design development, contract administration, tendering submission, and fitting-out. You are also responsible to provide guidance and directions for consultancy firms and all contractors. In addition, you have to ensure the project stages are delivered on schedule with satisfactory quality.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Degree holder in Architecture; HKIA, RIBA, PRC class 1, or other recognized licenses
• Minimum 12 years of experience working on large-scale residential projects
• Solid experience in handling end-to-end large-scale projects in Greater China or Oversea
• Extensive knowledge of project management and building requirements.
• Strong communication skills and excellent leadership skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential
