As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Supporting Chief Product Owner (CPO) & project leadership in leading global cross-functional (R&D, Customer service, marketing, supply chain & manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and quality) product development teams responsible for developing highly integrated point of care IVD products, consisting of hardware, software, and assays. Supporting the team in removing or escalating impediments, identifying needed decisions, and driving project decision making. Working cross functionally with the team, CPO, and functional managers to actively manage resource demand & supply. Establishing, monitoring, and reporting adherence to program plans, schedules, and costs. Identifying and mitigating project/business risks; appropriately correct course of action, budget, and schedule. Managing project communications to all stakeholders, communicate project status and updates to management. Ensuring compliance of project execution, e.g., process adherence and completeness, correctness. Ensuring all required deliverables have been completed and included in product Design History File for each phase of the development cycle. Continuous improvement of the product development process to optimize time to market. Ensuring transparency regarding progress and impediments across the multi-team organization, also towards external stakeholders. Fosters reflection and continuous learning to increase cross-team performance, value orientation and lean thinking. Drives the improvements and actions from retrospectives to completion. Prepares short-term and long-term project roadmaps and plans. Sets up and maintains project risk register and flags for potential slippage. This position may suit you best if you are proficient with the below skills and would like to develop your career with Healthineers: Excellent communicator, experienced in anticipating risk and working on countermeasures, excellent mediation skills, capable of working under changing conditions, strong analysis skills, high energy and strong in assertiveness. Demonstrated ability to function independently in a high-impact position, with deadline and resource constraints. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across disciplines and integrate all aspects of business as they impact development projects including negotiation of scope, roles and responsibilities, specifications, timelines, and resources up, across, and down in the organization. Experience and requirements for success in this role: BS/MS in an Engineering or Science Discipline. PMI Certified (PMP/ACP). 10+ years of team leadership experience or project management experience. 5+ years of work experience in the (in vitro) diagnostics or medical device industry preferred. Agile product development experience or Certified Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) desired. Knowledge of and work experience with FDA regulated Class II and Class III medical devices, FDA, ISO, IVDD, IVDR regulations.
