Responsibilities:

• Overall project management of interior fitting out and associated A&A work for luxury retail projects in Hong Kong, China and other Asia Pacific Region
• Overall project planning, design development, tendering and contract administration work
• Prepare tender and construction package
• Manage project time schedule, cost and site work quality
• Lead client and project meetings
• Travel to site

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline
• Excellent leadership and management skill
• Min. 10 years' relevant experience
• Solid experience in managing high-end projects
• Organized, committed and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager.
