Our clients are Hong Kong based leading property developers in Hong Kong with numerous residential/commercial property development in Hong Kong and China. Due to upcoming new build projects in Hong Kong, they are looking for a project manager/ Senior Project Manager with relevant project experiences.

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ solid post HKIA qualification experiences in project managing large scale local residential/commercial development projects.
• Both property developers or consultancies experiences will be considered
• Work Experience in property developer is an advantage.
• Good leader with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of computer skills including AutoCAD would be an added advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
