Your Challenge In this customer-focused role, you will design, develop and run customer projects according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results. In particular you will: Coordinate a strategic project in handling main partners’ interfaces to support the project managers Support and coordinate the project team in build and maintain a sound working relationship with the customer, handle customer expectations, solve issues and identify additional opportunities Supervise the projects throughout the project Life Cycle until final acceptance Develop and consider strategic targets for the project alignment with business strategy and stipulate a project target agreement with the responsible business manager Run reporting to the head quarter. Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain efficient communication with all relevant partners Handle project finances, maintain budgets, costs and financial controlling and reporting At an early stage, advise management domestic and international of deviations from project plan Find opportunity and risk mitigation and act as the technical and/or commercial mediator with key clients What you need to bring with you Experience in handling and delivering sophisticated rail and / or infrastructure projects Ability to lead other project managers in rail market Skills when working in complex, multi-discipline engineering projects including the phases of design, approvals, procurement, contract administration, reporting and closure We’d love to see your prior sales, business development or account management experience Full working rights in Europe Your proficiency in Italian and English language What can we further offer?
