The Company.

Our client is a Main contractor with a wide range of significant building projects in Hong Kong. To support the company's upcoming awarded projects in HK, they are now looking for high calibre individuals for the (Senior) Project Manager (Residential) position in Hong Kong.

Skills & experiences required.

• Diploma holder/University graduates in Civil/Structural/Building/Construction Engineering or relevant
• Minimum of 10-15 years’ relevant experience with some experiences in managerial level in residential properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill be proactive, innovative and customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
