This is an design & construction company from Macau, with strong experiences and portfolio among interior decorations for hotel/ hospitality/ casino projects in Macau.

At the moment, they are looking for an experienced project manager to join their professional team.

• Fitting out experiences
• Over 20 years of experience

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Building on other related disciplines

• 20+ years relevant experience gained from Main Contractors (Fitting-out works)

• Responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the fitting-out works with the client, designer and sub contractors

• Responsible for overall project management duty: includes design, construction, quality control, programming and ultimately the profitability of the project

• Good communication and language skills – both English and Cantonese

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit and able to meet all deadlines

• Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills

• Experience in large-scale hospitality development project is preferred

• Station in Macau
