The Company.

Our clients are renowned contractors with large-scale infrastructural and building projects in Hong Kong. To support the company’s continuous growth and upcoming projects, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Senior) Project Manager, Civil/Structural/ Building positions for their Projects in Macau.

The Job.

You will have to manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy and monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects. You are also responsible for communicating, implementation, and monitoring company's policy to the project team for the effective implementation of the policy. You will also have to identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process. Establishing, developing, monitoring, and maintaining project budget, programme, resources allocation, quality plan, environmental issues, and safety plan in accordance with company's requirement are also expected.

Skills & experiences required.

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Member of HKIA / HKIE / HKIS / HKICM or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in construction field
• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
