Our task is to act as a link to ensure that the plants can work as optimally as possible. To this end, our cross-functional team is active in the areas of lean, supply chain management, footprint and, of course, digitization. These tasks await you:  In Global Manufacturing Excellence with a focus on Lean manufacturing and productivity, you will advise the business in decision-making, communication of Lean solutions and building a strong network of Lean expert within the Business Unit. You will introduce a global production system based on lean and adapt and integrate new opportunities, such as data and digitalization. The new global production system will cover several facets such as the complete E2E chain, the whole PLM and a global plant network. We look forward to you coaching our plant managers within the network in all areas of lean management and a strong lean culture. You are responsible to bring in a sense of urgency to the organization and develop new and creative approaches around lean topics. You lead a functional global team of lean experts worldwide and develop together with them the lean level in our factory network. You analyze difficult processes/issues/failures, identify weaknesses, includingthe risk and application evaluation (SWOT) of installed processes, and develop solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of the Lean concept. You design roadmaps (deriving measures, launching pilot projects, planning training courses, drawing up rollout plans, etc.) and spearhead their introduction and implementation. With your best practices you support our Factory networks in their joint development in the field of lean manufacturing. YourProfile for "Making the future possible":  You hold a degree in industrial engineering, production management, methods engineer, or comparable with an affinity for Lean manufacturing. You have long-term experience in an industry-related environment with practical execution and implementation of integrated production systems and lean management. You are a hands-on person and understand the entire flow of a value chain. You are enthusiastic about complex systems and interdisciplinary tasks, which you master thanks to your very good understanding of processes and your Lean thinking. In addition, you have experience leading and implementing an innovative project/concept within a plant. You are passionate about topics related to production improvement and Lean manufacturing and keep up to date with current trends. Personally, you convince us with your commitment, as well as your strong team and problem-solving skills. In addition, you can adapt quickly to new tasks. You are available for occasional local and international business travel. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a sense for different cultures completes your profile.
