• Position: Senior Project Officer
• Responsibilities: Building inspection to identify defects (spalling) for repair and maintenance. Monitoring contractor works during the maintenance stage. Quality inspection of repair works.
• $30-40K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Studies, Building Surveying
• 5 years experience in building maintenance projects gained with property management companies
• Solid experience in spalling maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in languages
