Project Contractors Responsible Engineer (CEM) for Regional based projects through the North West regional portfolio. The CEM ensures that governance is in place on a project and provides assurance that the engineering deliverables meet the required standards. The CEM ensures the appropriate governance is in place by ensuring supplier audits are carried out and that competence is being managed by the subcontractor, including licences of those undertaking the packages of work. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for arranging, coordinating, and closing out the IDCs and IDRs, as required by the project. The CEM supported by the CREs shall ensure that the work deliverables are subjected to the contracted approvals process.
