You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations for a commercial property in Kowloon Bay. 

Requirements:  

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline  
• Experiences in management of luxury residential properties  
• At least 5-7 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3-4 years must be at supervisory level  
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently  
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese  
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Property Manager
