A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Senior Property Manager to join our Brisbane Residences team.

Minimal travel is required with all properties located within 7 kilometres of the centrally located office at Mantra on Queen.  This is an autonomous role that you will be overseeing a portfolio of  approx. 450 apartments with the assistance of a Property Managers and Property Management Assistants. All trust accounting is completed at our head office. Your new role will see you manage a diverse and increasing portfolio of properties across the Brisbane permanent rental network.

Duties include:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties including but not limited to leasing, lease administration and Routine Inspections, Entry and Exit Condition Reports.

Carry out all duties relating to Residences as per the RTA guidelines

• Maintain a good understanding of the regulations and legislation pertaining  to industry  governing bodies
• Efficient liaison with unit owners, tenants, property teams and Accor Apartments & Leases department.
• Prepare QCAT applications and represent Mantra Realty in court proceeding with support from the Group Property Manager (when and  if required)
• Ensure profitability and number of properties under management  is maximised at all times
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports

What we need from you:

• A positive attitude and fresh ideas
• A natural ability to problem solve and multi task in what is often a fast paced environment
• A real estate salesperson license ( A full real estate license is desirable)
• A minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Experience using Console Cloud, and Realworks will be highly regarded
• Hotel Operations  experience will be highly regarded
