You are required to provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings. Your key accountabilities are:
- Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings
- Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
- Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquires of the clients and tenants
- Assist to prepare the proposal for new business opportunity
Requirements:
- Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation)(Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
- Excellent client relationship management
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Manager
