Position Summary

This position will support the daily operation of property management and handle administrative and logistic work for the department.

Responsibilities

1. Answer all incoming general enquiries including leasing, licensing and selling of properties
2. Inform estate agencies of available properties / car parks for leasing or selling
3. Co-ordinate to enable estate agents and potential tenants or buyers to view the relevant properties smoothly
4. Co-ordinate with other departments regarding JE quarters in Hong Kong
5. Co-ordinate maintenance schedule with Facilities Department and / or outside contractors
6. Maintain and update all database of Property Management Department
7. Maintain and keep all filing records of Property Management Department
8. Review / draft contract, lease, tenancy agreement, license agreement
9. Take care of the general administrative work of the Property Management Department
10. Handling all tasks as may be assigned by the superior(s) from time to time

Requirements

1. Degree holder
2. 3-5 years practical experience in handling property or estate agency related matters
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
4. Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
