Senior Property Officer (Working Location: Kwun Tong)

Responsibilities

-        Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions

Requirements:

-        Form 5 / DSE or above with Certificate / Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines

-        At least 4 years working experience in property management

-        Be responsible and good interpersonal skills

-        Good command of spoken & written skills in both English & Chinese

-        PC literature, typing skill both in English & Chinese etc.

-        Proficient in MS Word, Excel Processing
