Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Area Manager/site-in-charge in providing high quality property and facilities management services to assigned properties
  • Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Owners’ Organization
  • Handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor the provision of maintenance, security and cleaning services of assigned properties and ensure they are performed in accordance with the requirements and standards
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with government departments, statutory bodies and other external bodies as well as residents, owners and tenants

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 5
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience preferably in property management or related industry
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing, positive, a team player and good in communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Property and Facility Officer.
