Senior Purchase & Logistic Officer

Job Duties 

Logistics : 

• Able to handle full set of L/C bank document, Familiar with different shipping payment terms.

• Communicate with forwarder, bank and warehouse 

Purchase : 

• Co-ordinate with Suppliers 
• Prepare PO, PI and follow up on orders 
• Handle daily ad doc jobs with the suppliers
• Able to negotiate on the cost / price 

Reports & Analysis 

• Able to generate and analyse on different reports 
• Inventory reports, buy-in/sell-out reports

Job Requirements:

•          Certificate or above
•          5 years of relevant experience preferred, Shipping experienced is a MUST
•          Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
•          Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
•          Detail Minded, proactive and well organized.
•          Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Day Work : Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch break)
