Job Title: Senior Buyer 高级采购

Report to: Purchasing Manager 采购经理

Business Unit: DSM Hydrocolloids / DSM亲水胶体

Location: 桐乡

• Job requires good category expertise (supplier base and market trends) and need for continuous learning to keep knowledge up-to-date. 工作需要良好的专业知识（了解供应商基础和市场的趋势），需要不断学习以保持知识的更新。
• Provide purchasing products/service for different department in the site and need to build credibility across internal customer. 向场地不同的部门提供采购的产品/服务，需要建立场地内部客户的信任。
• Guarantee the RM’s quality to be qualified and contact with various suppliers with the price negotiation to maximize the benefit for the site. 既要保证采购质量，又需要与各个供应商进行价格谈判以为场地争取最大利。
• Working in cross different project teams. 参与不同的项目团队的工作。
  

The Position:

• Conduct Purchasing research and planning, to develop the annual purchasing plan and to ensure safety inventory include but not limited to projects and MRO ; 进行采购调研和规划，制定年度采购计划包括但不限于项目和MRO，确保其安全库存；
• Implement the purchasing plan according to the procurement plan include but not limited to projects and MRO, and formulate the detail purchasing plan and specific implementation measure; 根据采购计划落实采购，制定细化的采购计划和具体实施措施, 包括但不限于项目和MRO；
• Negotiate with the supplier for related procurement, and be responsible for signing relevant agreements according to DSM general terms of purchasing and company rules and regulations; 与供应商洽谈相关采购事项，按照DSM通用采购条件及公司各项规章制度签订相关协议；
• Manage the purchasing agreements and urge the suppliers to implement the various measures and requirements according to the agreements. 采购协议管理，督促供应商按照协议的要求落实各项措施和要求；
• Fulfil each economic target requirements of the company in terms of Purchasing management; 在采购管理方面完成公司下达的各项经济指标要求；
• To do the comparison and analysis for purchasing tasks, timely adjust the purchasing objects to meet the supply. 对所管理的采购事项进行市场的比较和分析，及时调整采购对象，满足供给;
• Be responsible for the purchased products. 负责采购产品质量；
• To review and evaluate the goods suppliers’ qualification, and implement the management by different grading; 对所采购商品的供应商资质进行审核和评估，对供应商进行分级管理；
• To develop the cooperation relationship with the suppliers, carry out various levels’ cooperation activities according to the company’s supplier strategy, communicate with the suppliers at any time and maintain the good relationship with them; 发展供应商合作关系，根据公司的供应商策略开展各种层次合作活动，随时与供应商沟通，与供应商保持良好关系；
• To have a full range of contact and communication with important suppliers with high-level service and strategic cooperative relation. 对重要供应商要有全方位的联系和沟通，高级别的服务内容和战略合作关系。
• Be responsible for Scala and EPR purchasing system data input and maintain; 负责Scala和采购ePR系统的输入、维护；
• Handle the contract, payment application, document handover and relevant filing according to the company’s relevant procedures; 根据公司相关流程办理合同、付款申请、文件交接，及相关的存档工作。
• Other work assignments related to purchasing. 其他与采购相关的工作委派。
  

The Ideal:

• College or above in business administration, commerce, engineering or other extensive experience in purchasing. 大专及以上学历, 商务管理，贸易或工程学相关专业毕业或延伸至采购相关工作经验者
• At least 5 years purchasing related experience, food or chemical industry preferred. 5年以上采购相关工作经验，食品或化工行业优先
• Good purchasing related knowledge and negotiation skill. 具有一定的采购经验和谈判技巧
• Good MS office knowledge. 良好的计算机办公软件运用能力
• English is workable. 能用英语工作
• Rigorous, careful and good problem－solving skills. 工作严谨，认真，问题解决能力强
• Good learning capability and team work spirit. 学习能力强，有团队合作精神
