Responsibilities: -

• Negotiate and communicate with strategic partners for contract negotiation
• Manage team members to make sure efficiency of purchase process, source better suppliers for current projects in order to achieve continuously cost reduction & provide competitive offer on our suggested alternatives
• Work closely and monitor routine operations and system enhancement
• Responsible for supplier rating , supplier chain flow, market research and value engineering
• Analyze information to assess root cause of sourcing and improvement opportunities
• Manage and lead a team of purchasing staff in HK and PRC
• Assist the General Manager on purchasing process , policy formulation and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree in Purchasing , Procurement or relevant disciplines
• Min 8 yrs solid experience in procurement / purchasing & with exp. in managerial level at electronics industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good team player with good analytical and strong problem solving skills , result-oriented and mature
• Excellent in English , Cantonese and Putonghua
• HK base and travel to factory at Dongguan, PRC and overseas are required
