1) Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

2) For Building project, minimum 8 years’ QS experience in contractor or Q.S. consultant firms (preferably with Housing Department’s projects experience)

3) HKIS or RICS Membership is preferable for Senior Q.S.

4) Applicants with less experience will be considered as Q.S./ A.Q.S.

5) Good computer skill and self- independence.
