Job duties:

• Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis;
• Arrange monthly food microbiological tests and equipment calibration;
• Product quality check in accordance with specified sampling plan and ISO 22000 guidelines
• To implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
• Assist to products development
• Pest control arrangement
• Follow up & inspection of raw material
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor holder of Food technology, Food & Nutrition; 
• 5 year or above experience in food manufacturing/ food industry;
• Knowledge on GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP is a must;
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated; 
• Candidate with higher experience will consider as higher grade position
• 5-day work, shift-duty (Monday to Sunday)
