Responsibilities:

Manage the document control system, such as generating, filing and archiving of controlled documents for GMP/TGA/Food GMP/HACCP system;
Ensure the QA system and procedures are operated throughout quality system operations
Assist in maintaining the training program
Undertake routine quality assurance monitoring program
Assist in handling and following up on quality incidents
Assist in carrying out internal audits
Assist in maintaining inspection readiness for external audits

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in science related subjects, e.g. Chinese Medicine, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines
Minimum 3 year solid experience in food or pharmaceutical area
Proactive, attention to details, hard-working
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
Familiar with HACCP/Food GMP would be an advantage
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior QA Officer
