Responsibilities:

• Manage the document control system, such as generating, filing and archiving of controlled documents for GMP/TGA/Food GMP/HACCP system;
• Ensure the QA system and procedures are operated throughout quality system operations
• Assist in maintaining the training program
• Undertake routine quality assurance monitoring program
• Assist in handling and following up on quality incidents
• Assist in carrying out internal audits
• Assist in maintaining inspection readiness for external audits

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in science related subjects, e.g. Chinese Medicine, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year solid experience in food or pharmaceutical area
• Proactive, attention to details, hard-working
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with HACCP/Food GMP would be an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior QA Officer
