Duties :

• Manage the team and lead all quality and technical related operations
• Assure an up-to standard quality of raw materials, prototypes, samples, production, packaging, packing, tools, equipment, shipping marks, lab testing.
• Responsible of Social Audit, Social Compliance and Corporate responsibility 
• Responsible of Quality Control for all the business category in charge to Production Dept.
• Secure product safety, product durability, product functionality, product aesthetics, alongside with brand image, brand integration and budget.
• Follow up sample development with R&D merchandising team.
• Responsible to standardize all approval processes.
• Daily communication with client, suppliers, mills & manufacturer in China and abroad.
• Monitor the production status & quality control operations
• Work with the Head Of Production to identify improvement areas and implement them.
• Work close with Head Quarter assisting to the projects Kick-off (development stage) and all the following production processes.
• Measure and analyze data to deliver correction plans and possible improvements plan related to quality standards

Requirement :

• 10 years or above quality assurance / control experience in woven; with at least 3 years in buying / sourcing offices of famous fashion brands plus 3 years in supervisory level, preferably in High fashion field
• Strong leadership in supervising, motivating and organizing the off-shore QC team
• Merchandising experience is a definite asset
• Excellent presentation skill, especially in verbal communication
• Proactive, positive and confident in giving comments and solutions
• Knowledge of High Fashion and Fashion trends
• Garment technical knowledge is required
• Knowledge in PC application
• Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Honest, hard-working, accurate, organized, detail-oriented, mature, willing to work under pressure and team-oriented
• Frequent trips to China and overseas are required
