• Understand customer's voice and collect all relevant data of  customer complaints,

• Coordination of immediate actions with customer’s complaints,

• Quickly feedback and communicate with customers, draft 8D report,

• Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure them to be effectively implemented,

• Regularly review the improved actions to avoid the serious issue from repeating,

• Share complain cases with operators  in time  and regular refresh  training,

• Summary and analysis of complaint cases. And tack action  for no reached KPI,

• Review the quality agreements from customers,

• Other requirements by your supervisor;

• Have rich experience about customer visit, good communication skills with customers,

• Familiar ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system,

• Good coordination /Good teamwork. Good problem-solving ability,

• Be able to face challenges and work under pressure,

• Solid engineering and quality knowledge,

• Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years experience in the quality area,

• Excellent computer, Microsoft and Minitab skills,

• Project manager skill is preferred,

• English skills: good at oral and written English,

• Tape related experience is a plus,
