Responsibilities:

• Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products for product release.
• Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up
• Perform routine sampling, recording and inspection
• Participate in quality inspections, audits and maintain quality system

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Chemical Science/ Microbiology/ Analytical Science or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience preferably gained in laboratory of microbiological/ food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will be also considered)
• Detail-minded with good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problem and work under pressure
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
