Responsibilities

• Report directly to Senior Manager
• Responsible for Subletting and Contractual Procurement procedure
• Provide pre and post contract quantity surveying works for Sub-Contractor
• Verify and certify payment application from Sub-Contractors and settle Final Accounts after completion of Sub-Contract Work
• Perform cost evaluation, assessment and settlement of variations & claims
• Manage, review and enhance Subletting Administration process
• Assist Project Team to handle all Contractual related issues with Sub-Contractor
• Evaluate performance of Sub-Contractor and update the record timely
• Be able to manage and lead the team to meet deadlines       

Requirement

• High Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 5-year relevant working experience in subletting works with Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor
• Proven experience in metal & steel works contracting procedure is preferred
• Familiar with the set up and formation of Subletting administration and follow up action
• Holder of valid green card
• Well organized, self-initiated and possess good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Program Applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience and high qualification would be considered as Assistant Manager
• Priority is given to immediate availability           

Working hours Mon – Fri : 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, alternate Sat : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
