As a Senior Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible about Process Quality Control activities and responsible of 2 foremans and 9 operators Job Responsibilities Managing Process Quality Control activities Process related customer and/or process issues follow up Managing the problem-solving activities to find root causes and corrective actions Managing training of team and instructions of quality processes Process performance tracking, reporting and continues improvement activities Process Quality Performance evaluations Managing the calibration activities Managing of Customer Audits, System Audits and Process Audits in plant Process improvement activities, process controls, Quality KPIs and problem-solving activities aligned with ISO9001 and Eaton Quality Management System #LI-ZK1 Qualifications Are you? Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Material Engineering • Preferably minimum 2 years of work experience in quality control departments • Lean tools, PPAP and FMEA experience is preferred • Knowledge about transformer production and quality is preferred • Preferably knowledge about usage of problem-solving methods (Fish Bone, 5 Why, 8D etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
