Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling customer service and enquiries on quality issues
• To deal with customer complaint and work closely with the Failure Analysis team
• To participate in product development process and product enhancement
• To handle technical support for production

Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering or Science disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in 8D Report writing, ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949 is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Willing to station in Guangdong plant ( 5 days per week)
