职位描述
1、组织内部团队及客户的质量会议。
2、书写客户投诉报告,创建调查报告并将方案及时反馈给客户。
3、协调内部售后团队及客户,为客户提供临时解决措施。
4、负责所有亚洲客户的投诉处理,主导D1至D3。跟进措施尽快导入,保持与客户的密切联系。
5、参与德国的客户质量处理团队。
6、协调支持西安及Lohr团队解决关于西安产品在海外的投诉。
7、创建并分析质量数据
1. Organize and lead quality meetings with internal team and customer.
2. Writing customer letters(e.g. Investigation reports for the customer, information of return actions to the customer)
3. Organize return actions in the customer field and coordinate with Bosch Rexroth service and customers
4. Take over the responsibility for quality issues for all Asian customers:Accept the problem, process D1-D3. Follow up to ensure the solution is found quickly. Inform to the customer after the problem is solved, contact to the customer during the solving process.
5. Participate in the customer quality team with Germany
6. Coordination of Q issues (XIP products, team work with Lohr) with DC-AE world wide.
7. Create statistic data from our SAP and other systems to check the field situation
职位要求
-本科以上学历,工科教育背景。
-5年以上质量管理经验、或相关制造型企业品质相关工作经验。
-良好的英语听书读写能力,德语优先。
-优秀的沟通技巧,有跨国团队交流经验者优先。
-善于书写客户投诉报告,组织能力强,独立组织内部团队及客户会议。
-具备基本的电子、机械知识,SAP。
-熟练掌握质量工具(问题解决,8D,5why…)。
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering background.
- 5 years above relevant quality assurance experience or related quality field in Manufacture Company.
- Very good English language, German languages is not necessary, but good.
- Excellent communication skills, multinational team exchange experience is preferred
- Excellent skills to write customer letters, good organization skills to hold meetings with internal team and customers
- Base technical knowledge in FW, electronics and mechanics, SAP.
- Knowledge of quality tools (problem solving, 8D, 5x why, …)
